             exams: there will be a written Midterm Exam and a Final Exam

            grade: 1/3 homework + 1/3 midterm + 1/3 final

            homework: will be assigned on Tuesday and is due next Tuesday. Typically you can expect
                                 3 problems.

            Office hours: when I am in my office (daily 9-6) or by specific appointment

               TA:Chee-Sheng Fong, Office Hours: Monday and Wednesday, 10-11 am in D-120 (please knock on the door)

               Scanned copies of my notes, homework assignments, homework solutions and other material will be posted

               on the course webpage.
